The founders
Avv. Paolo Gatto is the founding partner of the law firm Gatto & Partners, with offices in Como, Campione d'Italia, Milan and Lugano, and is admitted to the Milan Bar. A law graduate of the University of Insubria, he represents Collina d'Oro Consulting SA and oversees its corporate advisory and confidential counterparty search engagements.
Dott. Pier Paolo Gori is a chartered accountant (dottore commercialista) and statutory auditor, registered with the ODCEC of Como (Section A), and trained at Bocconi University. Since 2010 he has worked in tax litigation, real estate and international taxation, and corporate governance. He sits on the boards of statutory auditors of joint-stock companies, including listed companies, and is qualified to provide sustainability assurance.
